English threaded. 116mm spindle. Spindle is titanium. The bearings are pressed, sealed cartridge bearings, there is no fixed Cup, and you can use this with either a 68 or 73mm shell, but given that it is about 77mm wide at the edge of the shells, so better to use with a 73mm shell.
