English threaded. 113mm spindle. Spindle is titanium. The bearings are pressed, sealed cartridge bearings, there is no fixed Cup, and you can use this with either a 68 or 73mm shell. It is about 71mm wide, so it sits under the lip of a 73mm bottom bracket shell, but it will work.
