The wheels is dirty but otherwise in good condition. The rim is basically round and true, good for a wheel of this age. The hub is basically smooth, although it doesn't feel like new. The freewheel is a Regina Oro 14-24 6-Speed and it took spins free. The rim is a 700c clincher. I cannot read the decal. 19mm wide.
