Nice condition. Index mode clicks are smooth. Friction mode is smooth. For 3x7 speed. Also seems to have an extra click position for an 8th gear. The springs are set tightly, which means without a derailleur attached, they only take a small amount of force to move out, but have more resistance moving back. However, when mounted against a sprung derailleur, they should create very smooth action.
