Very nice mid-80s vintage mountain bike wheels. Hubs are very smooth. The rims are in good condition. I'd say the front rim has about 1mm of wiggle out of true. You can see it when you hold the rim up and spin it but it won't be noticeable or make a difference in use. I have not even attempted to true it, so it likely would be easy to true it straighter.
