The frameset doesn't have a model name decal. It looks like a late 80s Chorus, but that is made of 753 tubing. It also has resemblance to the Santé, but that has regular Reynolds 531 and has a different paint scheme. It seems to be a model between those two.

It seems to have a 56.5mm seat tube, measured center to center. The top tube is 57cm. 1" headset. 126mm rear spacing.
