Masi calls this a 63cm but that is to the tip of the pointy top of the tube. It is 61cm center to center with a 59cm top tube. The frame has no dents or damage. It has plenty of marks in the paint and some surface rust. No deep rust in the bottom bracket or seat tube. First Gen. Dura Ace headset.
