The saddle looks a bit rough, but I can't actually find any tears or damage. There is some wear on the edges and the black staining, which is not sticky. I don't know what caused the black spots, but it doesn't come off on a towel. The saddle has titanium rails. If you don't mind the discoloration then this saddle will work well.
