Tom Kellogg designed. Early 90s, probably 1992. The frame is 58cm center to top, but it is only 55cm center to center. It has a 56cm top tube. There are no dents or bends or cracks. The bottom bracket bearings were changed by a professional bike shop and have never been used. It includes the original spindle, which is 108mm wide. One of the bottle cage rivets was loose, so that was also replaced by the bike ship. The frame is now in very good condition with no known issues. The head tube takes a 1" headset. 130mm rear hub spacing.
