These shifters are in good condition. There are a few small marks from use. The shifters are for a frame with brazed on down tube mounts. Friction. The shifters are complete. The screw passes through the outer cover, two silver washers, and the inner bushing. On the other side there is a brass washer and the big washer that goes over the frame braze on and has the tooth to stop the shifter. Both sides are the same.
