Excellent condition with just a few signs of use. Slight drop angle for a road bike. Because the face plate is removable and adjustable, it is hard to say whether this is specific for a 25.4mm or a 26mm. I believe it can be used with either one. However I am leaning to the opinion that it would fit 26mm best.
